How will my Santa letter be personalized?
Depending on the letter you choose there can be anything from 4 to 6 specific details to the child:
1. The Child's Name
2. Gender
3. Age
4. Hometown
5. Accomplishment
6. Present
7. Best Friend's Name
Do you post Santa letters?
Unfortunately we don't post any letters at the moment. The services we provide are printable letters and emails from Santa. We might expand our services to include mailing in the future. Let us you if that would interest you!

I'm using Internet Explorer 7, where is the Santa letter on my computer?
If you are using IE7 and were never promped to save your letter, then chances are your letter has not been saved to your computer. To prevent this from happening, follow the following instructions:
1. From the Tools menu - top right on IE7 - select Internet Options.
2. Select the Security Tab.
3. Select the Internet Zone (click the globe on the left).
4. Hit Custom Level button (bottom of dialogue box)
5. Scroll down to the Downloads section and find the Automatic prompting for file downloads setting and set it to Enable, then click on OK.
Now go back and re-do the Santa letter. This time you will be asked to save the file to your computer.
